We are currently seeking colleagues for one of the following positions:

Main responsibilities:

  • Responds to customer inquiries received by phone and email;
  • Checks and resolves problems reported by customers or requests for changes;
  • Instructs and assists customers in the use of IP equipment and PC/smartphone applications;
  • Monitor the proper functioning of own equipment;
  • Continually informs itself about products & services and is up to date with new technologies to respond promptly and clearly to customer needs;
  • Configures applications and equipment for customers.

Requirements:

  • Level of education – university studies in progress or completed;
  • Advanced knowledge of English;
  • PC operating knowledge: Windows, MS Office, on-line applications and Internet;
  • Interest in new technologies and understanding of the specifics of the telecommunications market;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Tidy and organized person, resistant to stress and repetitive activities;
  • Focused attention to detail, organizational skills, meticulousness;
  • Customer orientation.

Advantage:

  • Knowledge of fixed and mobile telecommunications;

Main responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Opticom products and services nationally and internationally
  • Identify customer needs and propose the best solutions, making a consultative sale
  • Monitor existing customers
  • Is informed about products & services and is up to date with new technologies to respond promptly and clearly to customer needs

Requirements:

  • Level of education – student or university degree completed
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales or related field – a plus (customer relations)
  • A good knowledge of modern communication techniques and the supports for their use: mobile phone, video conferencing solutions, solutions for connecting to mobile data services (modem etc)
  • Interest in new technologies and understanding of the specifics of the telecommunication market
  • Fluency in English – advanced level
  • Fluency in other international languages – a plus (Spanish, French, German, Italian)
  • Advanced PC user (Microsoft Office package)
