Installation options

you can take away any worries related to installation and configuration, monitoring and diagnostics; the platform is installed on a virtual machine in the Optivoice data-center, so the system will be permanently up and running and monitored by the team of certified 3CX technicians

you can use Google Cloud, Azure, Amazon, DigitalOcean or Vultr

you can create a virtual machine in your own infrastructure; you can use VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V Server, KVM or Citrix XenServer virtualization systems

can be installed on Windows or Linux; we recommend installation on specific equipment such as the Telephony Appliance VoIP only beroNet, which you can see in our on-line store

How to use

the platform can optionally be installed on hardware equipment; the platform has a built-in CTI module for easy configuration of the desk phone; IP phones using the SIP standard can be used; we recommend SNOM, Yealink or Fanvil phones

the platform includes free PC applications (Mac, Windows) or softphone (Android, iOS), so the phone system can be entirely software-based, without any hardware on the premises; for PC applications, we recommend the use of dedicated call-center headsets: Jabra, Poly, SNOM, Yealink
