How to use
Mixed hardware-software based system
the platform can optionally be installed on hardware equipment; the platform has a built-in CTI module for easy configuration of the desk phone; IP phones using the SIP standard can be used; we recommend SNOM, Yealink or Fanvil phones
Software based system
the platform includes free PC applications (Mac, Windows) or softphone (Android, iOS), so the phone system can be entirely software-based, without any hardware on the premises; for PC applications, we recommend the use of dedicated call-center headsets: Jabra, Poly, SNOM, Yealink

The following cost categories should be considered for the construction of the telephone system:
- PBX software license: depending on the number of simultaneous calls allowed and functionalities
- Hosting or hardware for installation
